Delete a document

If you no longer need a document, you can delete it.

Deleting a document deletes all of the document's versions, plus the document's details and review history.
Note: To delete documents, you must specifically have the delete permission ('Delete/View') for document folders or documents. This is irrespective of whether you have the Document Admin permission or not.
  1. Click DOCUMENTS from the Project Home menu.
  2. Using the document tree, find the folder containing the document that you want to delete.
  3. Select the document you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete.
The document is deleted.
